I remember this episode as one that has a number of anatomical inconsistencies relative to most other episodes. Prob because they got new animators. Pinkie's rear fetlocks are bent forward which makes more sense if they were standing. Twilight's upper rear leg is also pretty off-model. Pinkie's eyes are more vertically elongated than usual in most scenes; FiM-style eyes are usually more diagonally elongated. I also noticed a random dot in Pinkie's mane.
