Be aware that the foreleg is shorter than usual.

600th post!

While probably only fan-geeking artists interested in backgrounds will probably notice, it's funny to think that in the previous scene, that open window was closed: post #555

Funny to think that the next scene shows this window open: post #600

Diamond tiara suffered a bit of hair loss. Her lower mane is placed too far to the right that it appears that she doesn't have any hair growing on the back of her neck. Manes do grow on the back of the neck and that anatomical feature is kept in FiM-style ponies.

There's an elevated platform which I would imagine to be supposed to be a step placed right in front of a door... ... .... but there is no door there.

That raised leg has a fetlock bent as if it was standing.

A bigger anatomy oddity would be that the nose is palced lower on the face than usual, or the farther eye being placed higher than usual. Usually, the top of the nose outline directly flows from the eye to the tip of the nose.

The tuning fork is blurry because some motion blurring effects were used to create an illusion that the fork is vibrating a lot.

Bad timing got me this... I wonder if people will need special effects like this?

Careful if anyone wants to unthinkingly trace or use this background. I really dislike the unbalanced composition on that window. I also noticed that some of the books blend into the shelf, and there is a very faint magic effect on the door due to imperfect timing with screenshots.

Twilight's neck is unusually long most likely due to stretch and squash, for the purpose of exaggerating the impact of getting slapped by spike.

The eyes are also possibly wrong as that way of drawing eye is better at conveying happiness. Something tells me that this style of closed eyes might be more convincing: post #492

I guess the CMC had an attempt at getting a cutie mark at making balloon animals.

Also, perspective error with the rainbow nyan cat spoof poster.

That linework shows a clear sign of working fast. This screencap was taken from a split-second scene used to show various citizens of ponyville shunning the CMC for hurtful rumors they spread.

I'm also kinda amused by how there mostly wasn't an actual original camera angle done for this particular shot of the jewelry store. The animators merely recycled the scenery already used in a shot shown here: post #251

Yep, taking shortcuts like these because nobody will normally notice funny stuff like this.

Also, I can picture a 'middle-finger' gesture here, which I think is pretty funny.

Also, I noticed that the angle of the scenery suggests a non-rectangular floor plan here. Interesting.
