Be aware that scootaloo's head is vertically squashed likely due to stretch-and-squash, and animator technique to add more life whenever something hits something else. In this case, Scootaloo slamming onto the ground.

Actually, stretch-and-squash has more uses than just making hits and impacts more lifelike, but I'm certain that it can be used to exaggerate things in general. Nvm about that remark.
